| dc.description.abstract | 本文是製備包覆多層高分子之金奈米棒(GNRs-MLP)來作為藥物載體。我們將包覆 paclitaxel 的金奈米複合材料載體加入人類乳癌細胞 MCF-7 中,再以近紅外光飛秒雷射照射,會發現細胞的增殖受到藥物抑制,由 MTT assay 結果證實 paclitaxel 也可經由這種機制釋放出來。因此我們認為這種金奈米複合材料載體在藥物傳輸上極具潛力。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | In this work, we have been prepared gold nanorods coated with polymer as drug reservoirs. We found that when the drug carriers were exposed to femto-second NIR, the multilayer structure was expanded and paclitaxel was released. After the drug carriers were added to MCF-7 cells, MTT assay shows that the drug carriers combined with NIR irradiation allow the induction of paclitaxel in MCF-7 cells and inhibit the cell growth. We think the gold nanocomposites as nanocarriers have potentiality in drug delivery. | en_US |
