Abstract

本文是製備包覆多層高分子之金奈米棒(GNRs-MLP)來作為藥物載體。我們將包覆 paclitaxel 的金奈米複合材料載體加入人類乳癌細胞 MCF-7 中,再以近紅外光飛秒雷射照射,會發現細胞的增殖受到藥物抑制,由 MTT assay 結果證實 paclitaxel 也可經由這種機制釋放出來。因此我們認為這種金奈米複合材料載體在藥物傳輸上極具潛力。
In this work, we have been prepared gold nanorods coated with polymer as drug reservoirs. We found that when the drug carriers were exposed to femto-second NIR, the multilayer structure was expanded and paclitaxel was released. After the drug carriers were added to MCF-7 cells, MTT assay shows that the drug carriers combined with NIR irradiation allow the induction of paclitaxel in MCF-7 cells and inhibit the cell growth. We think the gold nanocomposites as nanocarriers have potentiality in drug delivery.
