本論文探討內容包括兩部分,第一部分探討以掃描穿隧顯微術(STM)觀察羥基喹啉鋁錯合物(tris-(8-hydroxyquinoline)aluminum,簡稱AlQ3)逐步修飾於ITO導電玻璃表面之即時影像變化,第二部分則是以導電模組與磁性模組原子力顯微術(簡稱CM-AFM與MFM)探討5-胺基菲羅啉聯吡啶釕錯合物(簡稱Ru(bpy)2(NH2-phen)2+)的光電轉換性質及其應用潛力。實驗結果顯示:當羥基喹啉鋁錯合物逐步修飾於ITO導電玻璃表面時,基材表面的粗糙度會隨修飾進行而呈現系統性改變。我們也發現Ru(bpy)2(NH2-phen)2+可藉由偶氮化修飾法修飾於奈米碳管表面。當吸附於碳管表面的Ru(bpy)2(NH2-phen)2+微粒受到藍光(波長:473 nm)照射時,MFM影像所顯現的相位差會產生明顯變化,其變化程度比受到綠光照射時更為顯著,並會隨外加電壓增加而增加,顯示Ru(bpy)2(NH2-phen)2+受光激發時,其電子組態會由單重態轉變為參重態,致使其磁性增強並顯現光電流,極具應用潛力。
