Abstract
本篇論文分為兩的部分,第一部分為前言,包含對呋喃與異吲哚[1,2-a]異喹啉衍生物的性質與合成介紹,並闡述文獻資料中的合成策略及反應設計。第二部分則先描述本實驗室利用2-碘苯醯胺衍生物和丙炔基二酮類化合物在銅的催化下製備3-羥基-3-呋喃基異茚二酮衍生物,接著拿3-羥基-3呋喃基異茚二酮衍生物利用三氯化鐵在微波加熱的環境下進行傅里德-克拉夫茨反應(Friedel–Crafts reaction)製備呋喃基異吲哚[1,2-a]異喹啉酮衍生物。
The contents of this thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is introduces the medicinal activities and various synthetic strategies of furan and isoindole[1,2-a]isoquinoline derivatives from the literature as well as motivation and the design of the present problem.The second part first describes the preparation of 3-hydroxy-3-furylisoindenedione derivatives using 2-iodobenzamide derivatives and propargyldicarbonyl compounds under copper catalysis, which was subsequently utilize to synthize the furyl isoindole [1,2-a] isoquinolinone derivatives through the C-H arylation in the presence of ferric chloride under microwave irradiation.
