Abstract
利用三氯化銦催化劑,可有效的將側鏈共軛苯乙烯炔-炔醯胺起始物,進行分子內環化反應合成出δ-內醯胺。起始物容易製備且合環過程中,不需要添加額外的氧化劑(N-氧化物,亞碸或環氧化物)。此反應僅需3.3當量的InCl3在溫度40 ℃下及短反應時間的條件下即能得到含共軛苯乙烯的δ-內醯胺骨架。

Indium(III) chloride enabled the efficient synthesis of δ-lactams via intramolecular cyclization of ynamido-tethered conjugated styryl-ynes. In this process, formation of the δ-lactams from easily available ynamido-tethered conjugated styryl-ynes does not requiring an additional oxidant (N-oxides, sulfoxides, or epoxides). The reaction requires only 3.3 equivalent InCl3 at 40 ℃ in minutes under mild reaction conditions to afford δ-lactams. Keywords: Indium(III) chloride、δ-lactams、intramolecular cyclization.
