新北市國民小學推動學校環境教育之現況與策略

Abstract

本研究目的在於分析與瞭解新北市國民小學學校環境教育推動之現況,並探討其推動環境教育之實施策略,以供相關機關及各級學校參酌。本研究係透過內容分析法與問卷調查等方式進行。首先藉由文獻資料蒐集與分析,找出新北市學校推動環境教育之現況。再佐以問卷調查蒐集各校推動之現況與採用之策略。研究結果發現新北市國小對於教職員及學生環境教育之辦理方式有明顯不同,一般學校與偏遠地區採用的方式也有差異。偏遠地區教職員工最常採用之方式為戶外學習,而一般學校為演講。偏遠地區學校對學生辦理之方式以戶外學習為主,一般學校則以體驗學習為主。學校辦理主題方面,「水資源保育及節約用水」為所有學校最常辦理之主題。最常採用之問題解決方式為請教臨近學校。而所採用的策略以法規規定或上級機關明訂於實施辦法及計畫中的為主,高達95%以上的學校都能遵行。
The purpose of this study is to analyze and understand the promotion of environmental education in elementary school of New Taipei City, and to explore the strategies of environmental education. The result of this study would be a reference for related organizations and schools. In this study,we used content analysis and questionnaire survey to get the data. First, we collected and analyzed related references to understand the current situation of environmental education in elementary school of New Taipei City. Then, by using questionnaire survey, we collected the data about the promotion situation and strategies. The result shows that there are significant differences in implementation of environmental education between the schools of remote area and urban area. Outdoor learning is commonly used for the stuff at the schools of remote area,however, the schools of urban area usually deliver lectures. Besides, outdoor learning is also commonly used for the students at the schools of remote area, and the schools of urban area usually apply experiential learning.The most common theme is "water resource conservation".The most common way to solve problems is to consult neighbor schools. As regard to the most common strategies,up to 95% schools adopted the laws or regulations of authorities .
