台南官田水雉生態教育園區對於社區居民環境素養影響之研究

Abstract
本研究旨在探討臺南官田社區居民的環境教育素養現況,以鄰近臺南官田區水雉生態教育園區,與水雉有較為密切互動的東庄里社區居民,以及位於官田區極東點的大崎里社區居民作為研究對象進行問卷調查。
本研究以社區居民的環境素養為研究架構,以官田當地居民對於自我家鄉的地方感為核心價值,問卷內容包括環境知識、環境態度、環境行為三個面向。為符合臺南官田地區之在地性,研究者在回顧相關文獻後,深入了解鄰近水雉生態教育園區之官田當地現況,期望問卷內容能更貼近當地居民。問卷樣本數為117 人,發出117 份問卷,收回114 份,回收率達97﹪。
研究資料使用SPSS 軟體予以分析,研究結果發現,以單因子變異數分析之性別、年齡、職業、居住地、與水雉生態教育園區的互動關係等變項,「居住地區」對環境素養差異情形達顯著水準,主要表現在「環境知識」及「環境態度」面向,研究結果顯示:1. 居民對不同的概念知識落差相當大,居住地區會影響整體之環境概念知識。2. 在環境行動策略知識的部分,大崎村居民得分高於東西庄社區居民,顯示農業與生態的矛盾,仍會間接的影響社區居民的作答。 3. 居民在環境態度方面的覺知與敏感度高,居民的生活與周遭環境有密切相互作用。4. 社區居民對於水雉生活在官田地區有在地情感的關懷,但對於季節轉變所帶來的水雉族群數量影響的環境敏感度相對較低。5.「環境行動意圖」與「環境行動技能」分數較低,顯示從環境態度上的轉變到環境行為上的實際落實仍有一段空間。
環境素養在環境教育中扮演重要角色,直接或間接影響正向環境行為的產生。從過去研究結果得知,環境素養越高者,其環境行為之表現越佳。然而在不同的歷史、文化背景下仍會產生不同的研究結果。鄰近臺南官田區水雉生態教育園區,與園區有較為密切互動、資訊上取得較為方便的社區居民,主要影響「環境知識」,需仰賴環境教育將環境知識、態度轉化為正向的環境行為。
The main purpose of the research is to explore the environmental literacy status of community residents in Guantian Dist., Tainan City. The environmental literacy of community residents is the research framework, the community values of community residents in Guantian are the core values of the sense of place for self-hometown. The questionnaire includes three aspects: environmental knowledge, environmental attitude and environmental behavior. In order to close to the local character of Tainan Guantian area, the researchers reviewed the relevant literature and got a deep understanding of the current situation of Guantian. The number of questionnaires was 117, were issued by face to face questionnaire survey,sampling of 117 questionnaires and collected 114 questionnaires, 3 removed invalid samples, 114 valid samples, the effective response rate was 97%. The subjects of this research are the members of community residents in Guantian Dist., Tainan City. The research data were analyzed by using SPSS software. The data showed that the functions of environmental knowledge, environmental attitude and environmental behavior are significantly affected,environmental attitudes and environmental behavior are the important elements. Environmental literacy plays an important role in environmental education and indirectly affects the emergence of positive environmental behaviors. According to the research, the higher the environmental literacy, the better their environmental behavior. Adjacent to the environmental education Park of Pheasant- tailed Jacana in Guandian District of Tainan City, community residents who have more environmental information influences on environmental knowledge. Environmental education is the process of education. During the period of learning, people can help solve current and future environmental problems.
