Abstract

本論文利用一價銠金屬和掌性雙烯配基 (Ligand E) 所形成之錯合物為催化劑,應用於二甲基鋅對醛亞胺進行不對稱加成反應,合成出一系列具光學活性二級胺產物。 實驗過程中利用二甲基鋅對各種醛亞胺 (aldimine) 進行反應,可以得到不錯的產率和高立體選擇性的加成產物,鏡像超越值最高可達九十九百分比。此合成方法最後也利用在合成天然物(S)-Salsolidine。
α-Chiral amines with Ts- or Ns-protecting groups were prepared from the asymmetric addition of dimethylzinc to N-Tosyl or N-Nosyl aldimines in the presence of Rh(I) and chiral diene ligand E. This process offers the 1,2-adducts in good yields and excellent enantioselectivities (ee value up to 99%) for various aldimines. The synthetic utility of this protocol was demonstrated in the preparation of (S)-Salsolidine.
