dc.description.abstract  本文利用以Gd2O3為主的磁性奈米粒子,藉由摻雜少量的鑭系金屬Eu與Tb形成合金型態的奈米微粒。因此,本材料除了擁有MRI顯影的效果之外,並具有斷層掃描與螢光生物標定的附加性質,形成多能性的奈米材料。首先利用多元醇法分別合成出摻雜5%、20%的Eu:Gd2O3與Tb:Gd2O3奈米粒子,之後在其表面修飾上檸檬酸形成保護基並提高生物相容性。因Eu元素對於X-ray具有良好的吸收係數,故摻雜Eu的合金結構奈米粒子具有潛力用於斷層掃描CT的應用上;此外,在不同摻雜比例的條件下具有不同強度的紅色螢光與綠色螢光。將此奈米材料實際去做MRI的顯影效果測試,在不同濃度下確實具有明顯的T1-MRI對比效果。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn this work, we synthesized magnetic nanoparticles , Gd2O3 , doped with Eu or Tb element. These NPs were characterized as multifunctional material with MRI/CT contrast agent and fluorescent properties. At first, we synthesized 5% and 20% doped Eu:Gd2O3 and Tb:Gd2O3 NPs by polyol method. Then, these nanoparticles were reacted with citric acid as protecting groups and promoting biocompatibility. Furthermore, the element, Eu , has high X-ray absorption coefficient, so the nanoparticles, Eu:Gd2O3 , might be a good contrast agnet for CT .The fluorescent property of the particles were attributable to Eu3+ or Tb3+ ion located on the crystal lattice of the Gd2O3 host. The MRI contrast of thenanoparticles, Eu:Gd2O3 , in water at different Gd concentration were considered as a nice MRI contrast agent .en_US
