利用網路論壇建置教師線上知識管理平台之初探-以國中理化科教師為例

Abstract

本研究旨在利用網路論壇建置教師線上知識管理平台,推動教學資源共享,提升教師教學效能。 本研究透過文件分析、深度訪談來了解理化科教師知識管理之需求與現況,以作為建置教師知識管理平台的參考,並經由行動研究探討以論壇方式建置知識管理平台所遭遇的困難及解決問題的歷程,行動研究過程中,以某校九位國中理化科教師為研究對象,並以質性研究方法,進行資料蒐集與分析工作;行動研究結束後,將平台開放給一般理化科教師使用,而後進行問卷調查,針對平台上所有使用者進行滿意度問卷調查分析。 根據資料分析,主要的結論略述如下: 1.多數教師認為自己有知識分享的需求。並對線上知識管理平台的建置持肯定態度。 2.多數教師雖有知識管理的習慣,但分享方式仍以面對面的方式進行為主。 3.平台建置過程中,除了軟硬體的困難需要克服外,隨著使用者的的回饋,平台仍需不斷進行修正。 4.屬於內隱知識類的教學心得分享,透過面對面的教學研究會較能得到知識的轉移。 5.以課程單元作為論壇分區的分類依據,對教師的使用而言,是十分符合需求與直覺的。 6.對部分教師而言,論壇式的知識管理平台的操作是陌生的,所以需要在論壇上提供使用教學說明,或辦理使用教學研習來指導教師使用。 7.從教師的滿意度調查顯示,以論壇方式來建置線上知識管理平台是實用的。 8.透過此知識管理平台的使用對教師的教學效能有正面的提昇。 綜合以上結論,提出建議供教育行政機關及後續有意以網路論壇建置知識管理平台者參考,略述如下: 1.校園基礎網路及教室網路環境乃推行此線上知識管理平台的基本條件,故需重視網路基礎建設的建置。 2.減少教師課務與班務,增加領域研習時間,讓教師能多投注時間於增進自己教學效能上。 3.要求教師進行教學演示,以推動教師積極、創新地安排設計課程,為知識管理與分享提供強而有力的動機。 4.教師對網路論壇較為陌生,故若以此論壇方式來建置知識管理平台,則需在網站上提供各種使用教學的文章,或辦理社群研習以教導成員如何使用。 5.論壇資源的管理工作繁重,不是單獨一人所能負荷,需尋求志同道合的夥伴共同經營。
This study aims to use the Internet to build teachers' online forum knowledge management platform to promote the sharing of teaching resources, improve teaching effectiveness. In this study, document analysis and interviews were used to understand the physics and chemistry teachers in knowledge management needs and current situation, and as future teachers' knowledge management platform to build a reference. Through action research, we can explore knowledge management platform built about the difficulties and how to solve the course. In the action research process, our object of study is nine junior teachers of physics and chemistry. And we use qualitative research methods for data collection and analysis. Action research is over, we will be open to the general physical platforms teachers to use, and then conducted a questionnaire survey carried out for all users on the platform satisfaction survey analysis. According to data analysis, the main conclusions are outlined below: 1.Most teachers believe that they have a knowledge sharing needs. They also hold a positive attitude about building online for knowledge management platform. 2.Although most teachers have the knowledge management habits, but they still use face-way sharing based. 3.On this platform the build process, in addition to hardware and software difficulties to overcome, but with the user feedback, the platform still need to continue to be amended. 4.Implicit knowledge belongs to the class teaching experience sharing, must be through face to face teaching and research is rather to get knowledge transfer. 5.Curriculum-unit basis for classification as a forum partitions, for teachers to use, it is a very consistent demand and intuition. 6.On the part of teachers, forum-like knowledge management platform action is unknown, so it is necessary to use the forum to provide teaching instructions, or apply for use of teaching learning to guide teachers. 7.From the teachers' satisfaction survey shows way to build a forum online knowledge management platform is practical. 8.Through the use of this knowledge management platform for teaching effectiveness has a positive improvement.. Based on the above conclusions, recommendations for educational administration and follow-up Internet Forum intends to build knowledge management platform by reference, are outlined below: 1.Campus network environment based on Internet and classrooms are implementing this online knowledge management platform of the basic conditions, it takes attention to build network infrastructure. 2.Try to reduce teachers' work and increase the field of study time, so that teachers can have more time to improve their bets on teaching effectiveness. 3.Forcing teachers to carry out teaching demonstration, in order to motivate teachers positive, innovative arrangements designed courses for knowledge management and sharing to provide strong motivation. 4.Teachers are more familiar with online forums, so if this forum way to build knowledge management platform, you need to use on the site offers a variety of teaching posts, or done to educate community members on how to use the study. 5.Resource management on the forum of its work is heavy, not a single person can load, so we need to seek like-minded partners to co-operate.
