Abstract
本實驗利用OGS-Au 螢光金奈米粒子為基礎,在其表面再修飾上
含碘顯影劑Meglumine diatrizoate 和Aptamer,形成一個多功能奈
米材料,並且對合成出來的材料進行一連串的鑑定以及特性的分析。
金奈米粒子對於X 射線具有良好的阻射率,在與一般常用的含碘顯影
劑結合後,可以提升其顯影效果和水溶性,本材料除了在電腦斷層掃
描上有良好的顯影成效外,在適當波長光的照射激發下,也會有高強
度的螢光產生,可應用於非侵入式活體分子影像系統與生物螢光標定。
此外,由於在其表面修飾上Aptamer,因此材料對特定癌細胞也有標
定的效果,未來在生物醫療應用上具有相當的運用潛力。
In this work, we synthesized glutathione-coated gold nanoparticle, OGS-Au. Then react with iodine contrast agent and Aptamer, resulted in the formation of a multi-function nanoparticle. Gold nanoparticle has high X-ray absorption coefficient. The X-ray absorption and water- solubility has improved after combine with iodine contrast agent. The gold nanoparticle we have synthesized also has strong orange fluorescence and can be used as a biomarker. Furthermore, we combined our nanoparticle with Aptamer, therefore it can target specific cancer cell as well. Because of all the characters above, the multi-function nanoparticle we have synthesized has great potential using in biomedical field.
