dc.description.abstract 野柳地質公園是台灣第一個以UNESCO地質公園理念所經營的地質公園,目前由新空間國際有限公司透過OT(Operate and Transfer, OT)方式負責經營管理。環境教育法通過後,社會大眾對於環境教育場域的需求日益提升,而在一次機會下該組織接觸了自然中心的概念後,便開始投入野柳自然中心的發展與推動。故本研究以野柳地質公園發展自然中心為個案研究,探討野柳自然中心發展的整體脈絡以及過程中團隊學習的運作,企圖了解一個企業組織透過團隊學習方式發展自然中心的樣貌。 野柳自然中心的發展階段根據其性質主要分為「凝聚與激發」與「實踐與產出」等兩種狀態,「凝聚與激發」狀態包含行動研究團隊形塑;中心宗旨、願景與信念發展;現況調查、分析與評估;國內外自然中心參訪。「實踐與產出」狀態包含方案規劃與發展、場域設施改善、組織內部調整、整體行銷。 野柳自然中心發展的團隊學習運作是以對話(dialogue)與討論(discussion)作為主要的策略,在發展過程中的每個階段皆經歷了「定義學習需求」、「學習與反思」、「確立發展策略」、「產出與執行」等四個學習歷程。而團隊的領導者正扮演了團隊學習的重要角色,因此團隊領導者必須要了解團隊的性質,才能夠有效的規劃團隊學習的最佳策略。 zh_TW
dc.description.abstract Yehliu Geo Park is the first geological park that manages by UNESCO geology park idea in Taiwan. At present, it is responsible for Neo-Space International Inc. by the Operate and Transfer (OT) way. After the Act of Environmental Education is passed, the general public promote regarding the demand of environmental education field. This organization contacted the natural central concept by chance, then they start to engage the development and promotion of Yeliu Natural Center. Therefore this research takes Yeliu Geo Park Development Natural Center as the case study, discussing the operation that in the overall context as well as the process of Yeliu Natural Center developing the team learning. The research attempts to understand an enterprise organization that they develop natural center by the team learning approach in whole appearance. The development phase of Yeliu Natural Center is mainly divided into two status about "condensation and stimulation" and "practice and output". Condensation and stimulation condition contains the round of delegation formation to model the stage,the central objective, prospect and faith development phase, the inventory survey, the analysis and evaluation stage and domestic and foreign natural central visit stage. On the other hand, practices and output condition includes the program planning and development phase ,field territory facility improvement stage, organization interior adjustment stage and overall marketing stage. The team learning of Yeliu Natural Center development takes dialogue and discussion as the main operation strategy, each stage in developing process all experienced "definition study demand", "learning and reconsideration" ,"establishment development strategy" and "output with execution" in the course of four learning. But the leaders of team are playing the strong character that the team has studied, therefore the team leaders must understand that the nature of team,it could plan the learning strategy of team efficiently. en_US
