dc.description.abstract中國大陸和新加坡兩地數學特級教師作為教學實踐上的行家能手，他們對所教數學學科、對有效數學教學的認識，是否存在差異？在有效教學的具體經驗方面，有沒有可資相互借鑒和學習的地方？本文主要通過訪談中國大陸、新加坡的兩位小學數學特級教師，進行個案對比研究，發現兩者之間共性多於差異，認為共性可能來自於數學及數學教育本身的特點，而差異則來自兩國文化、教學理念，以及個人的教學經驗。zh_tw
