dc.description.abstract揮發性有機化合物(Volatile Organic Compounds, VOCs)是石化產業常見的污染物,對環境與人類健康構成威脅。本研究開發了一套基於微型氣相層析儀(Micro Gas Chromatograph, μGC)的多重有機氣體分析系統,用於石化工業園區周界的即時現場監測。系統包含兩部自行設計的μGC,結合熱脫附管-二次熱脫附系統(TDT-GC-MS),實現從現場樣品採集到實驗室分析的全流程控制。實驗在高雄市林園工業區進行現場驗證,針對14種代表性VOCs進行監測,包括2-甲基丁烷、丙酮、正己烷、乙酸乙酯、苯、甲苯、四氯乙烯、氯苯、乙苯、間/對-二甲苯、鄰-二甲苯、苯乙烯及均三甲苯。結果顯示,系統在不同環境下能快速、準確地檢測VOCs濃度,並具備高靈敏度與良好定量能力。此外,分析結果結合氣象數據進一步探討污染物擴散行為及來源特徵,顯示風向與污染源分佈對當地VOCs濃度有顯著影響。此監測平台具備即時偵測、長期連續監控及數據遠端傳輸的潛力,可作為石化園區環境監控與污染管理的重要工具。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractVolatile organic compounds (VOCs) are common pollutants in the petrochemical industry, posing significant threats to both the environment and human health. This study developed a multi-component gas analysis system based on micro gas chromatography (μGC) for real-time perimeter monitoring of petrochemical industrial parks. The system integrates two custom-designed μGCs with a thermal desorption tube and a two-stage thermal desorption-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (TDT-GC-MS) system, enabling end-to-end control from field sampling to laboratory analysis. Field validation was conducted in the Lin-Yuan industrial park in Kaohsiung, targeting 14 representative VOCs, including 2-methylbutane, acetone, n-hexane, ethyl acetate, benzene, toluene, tetrachloroethylene, chlorobenzene, ethylbenzene, m/p-xylene, o-xylene, styrene, and mesitylene. Results showed the system can rapidly and accurately detect VOC concentrations under varying environmental conditions, providing high sensitivity and reliable quantification. Moreover, combined analysis with meteorological data revealed significant effects of wind direction and source distribution on local VOC concentrations. This monitoring platform has potential for real-time detection, long-term continuous monitoring, and remote data transmission, serving as a valuable tool for environmental management in petrochemical zones.en_US
