dc.description.abstract | 本論文探討內容包括兩部分,第一部分探討以掃描穿隧顯微術(STM)觀察羥基喹啉鋁錯合物(tris-(8-hydroxyquinoline)aluminum,簡稱AlQ3)逐步修飾於ITO導電玻璃表面之即時影像變化,第二部分則是以導電模組與磁性模組原子力顯微術(簡稱CM-AFM與MFM)探討5-胺基菲羅啉聯吡啶釕錯合物(簡稱Ru(bpy)2(NH2-phen)2+)的光電轉換性質及其應用潛力。實驗結果顯示:當羥基喹啉鋁錯合物逐步修飾於ITO導電玻璃表面時,基材表面的粗糙度會隨修飾進行而呈現系統性改變。我們也發現Ru(bpy)2(NH2-phen)2+可藉由偶氮化修飾法修飾於奈米碳管表面。當吸附於碳管表面的Ru(bpy)2(NH2-phen)2+微粒受到藍光(波長:473 nm)照射時,MFM影像所顯現的相位差會產生明顯變化,其變化程度比受到綠光照射時更為顯著,並會隨外加電壓增加而增加,顯示Ru(bpy)2(NH2-phen)2+受光激發時,其電子組態會由單重態轉變為參重態,致使其磁性增強並顯現光電流,極具應用潛力。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | This thesis focuses on two experiments: one is the study of stepwise assembly of tris-(8-hydroxyquinoline)aluminum (AlQ3) on indium-doped tin oxide (ITO) with STM techniques, and the other, on bis-(2,2’-bypyridyl) 5-aminophenanthroline ruthenate(II) (Ru(bpy)2(NH2-phen)2+) regarding its photochemical properties such as photo-induced magnetic conversion and current rectification with magnetic-mode and conducting-mode microscopic techniques (MFM and CFM). Experimental results show that as 4-aminoanline is modified on ITO via diazotization-cathodic reduction processes, the adsorbate can form diazo linkage with 8-hydroxyquinoline. The resulting adsorbate can thus form complex with aluminum ion in the presence of two excess 8-hydroxyquinoline molecules. Besides, we find that Ru(bpy)2(NH2-phen)2+ can be modified on multiwall carbon nanotube (CNT) via diazotization reaction. The resulting carbon nanotube (Ru@CNT), as excited by blue light (ex: 473 nm ), changes greatly in phase shift, more significantly than exposed to green light. The amplitude of the phase shift is a function of the electric bias (Vb) applied to the host substrate (ITO), increasing with an increase in Vb. These results suggest that the spin of Ru(bpy)2(NH2-phen)2+ might change from singlet to triplet as being photoexcited. Ru@CNT can also conduct electric current to flow between two separated ITO (gated by a 1 m-wide groove) as exposed to blue light, showing application potential in photochemical current rectification.
