Abstract
本論文主要分為兩個章節。第一章簡要介紹茚并異喹啉和茚并異色烯及其合成方法。此外,還包括了這些化合物的相關文獻以及本研究的動機和目的。第二章開發了銅催化2-碘苯甲酸、1,3-茚滿二酮和苯胺的一鍋化反應。以水當作溶劑,最終產物茚并異喹啉和茚并異色烯則是透過酸催化環化而得。最後,預測合理的反應機構。
This thesis is divided into two chapters. In the first chapter, the brief introduction about indenoisoquinolines and indenoisochromenes as well as their synthetic methods is described. In addition, the related literatures of these compounds as well as the motivation and the goal of this research are included.In the second chapter, the copper-catalyzed one pot reaction of 2-iodobenzoic acid, 1,3-indandione and aniline is developed. Water is used as the solvent, and the final products, indenoisoquinolines and indenoisochromenes, are furnished via the acid-catalyzed cyclization. Finally, the plausible reaction mechanism is proposed.
