低碳社區民眾認知與實踐能力調查研究─以金門島為例

Abstract

本研究探討低碳社區民眾之認知與實踐能力，作為未來檢視低碳社區之參考。理論架構參考Middlemiss and Parrish (2010) 提出的「社區生態足跡責任」之四個能力面向：(1)個人能力、(2)基礎設施能力、(3)組織能力、與(4)文化能力；以及其他低碳島與低碳社區文獻，並依此四個構面檢視金門島之社區能力。 本研究採調查研究法中的問卷調查法，以問卷方式測量研究對象的認知與能力概況，採方便取樣，發放600份紙本問卷，回收485份有效問卷，再以SPSS 22(Statistical Package for Social Science)統計軟體進行資料分析與討論，研究結果顯示： 一、低碳社區民眾的認知表現為中上；在低碳社區的實踐能力為積極正向。 二、低碳社區認知表現受到執行減碳作為經驗與參加環保活動經驗影響，達顯著差異；曾經執行減碳作為經驗的民眾低碳社區認知優於不曾執行的民眾；參加環保活動的民眾對低碳社區的認知優於不曾參加的民眾。 三、低碳社區能力表現受到執行減碳作為經驗與參加環保活動經驗影響，達顯著差異。 四、實踐能力受到不同年齡、學歷、職業、知道居住地區為低碳社區的背景變項、參加環保活動經驗及滿意度影響，達顯著差異。 五、低碳社區認知的傾向會影響低碳社區實踐能力的產生，低碳社區認知在個人能力與文化能力呈現顯著差異，呈現正相關。 六、實踐能力中四個構面能力：「個人能力」、「基礎設施能力」、「組織能力」與「文化能力」互相比較結果，有顯著差異，皆呈現正相關。

This study inquires into the cognition and fulfillment ability of low carbon community residents, and be the reference of examination of low-carbon community in the future. The framework is based on four main facets of Middlemiss and Parrish's study "Responsibility for Community Ecological Footprint ": (1) Personal capacity, (2) Infrastructure capacity (3) Organizational capacity, and (4) Culture capacity; As well as other literature regarding to low-carbon islands and low-carbon community. These four facets are using for checking the community capacity of Kinmen. Questionnaire is used in this study, and meant to measure cognition and the capability of the subjects Convenience sampling is used during the research for a total of 600 questionnaires were distributed, and 485 valid questionnaires were collected, and then using the SPSS 22( Statistical Package for Social Science) statistical software for data analysis and discussion. Results of the study are as followed: 1.The performance of the Low-carbon community cognition was excellent.and the performance of the capability was positive. 2.Results of low carbon community were highly influenced by experiences and participations in environment friendly activities, those who participated in the activities have better understanding of low-carbon community than those who had never participated. Those who have experiences in lowering carbon production also had better results than those who have never done it before. 3.The capabilities of low carbon community showed obviously better results due to past participation and experiences in activities of lowering carbon levels. 4.Active practice capabilities were greatly influenced by age, level of education, work field, acknowledged of the current community being a low-carbon community, and participation in environmental friendly activities. 5.The cognition of the low carbon-community will affect the behavior of active practice capabilities. And there were positive correlations between personal and cultural capacities of the people in low-carbon community. 6.There were positive correlations between the four perspectives of Middlemiss and Parrish's study for active practice abilities.
