dc.description.abstract本研究提出一個以基質輔助雷射脫附游離飛行時間質譜法作為快速對神經戰劑降解產物進行檢測與監控的方法。本研究選用五個有機磷化合物標準品當作分析物,分別為isopropyl methylphosphonic acid (IMPA)、pinacolyl methylphosphonic acid (PMPA)、ethyl methylphosphonic acid (EMPA)、isobutyl methylphosphonic acid (i-BuMPA)與cyclohexyl methylphosphonic acid (CHMPA),分別為Sarin (GB)、Soman (GD)、VX、Russian VX (RVX)與GF此五種神經戰劑的降解產物。研究中選用的基質為CHCA (α-cyano-4-hydroxycinnamic acid),並結合Nd:YAG雷射的第三倍頻波355 nm進行偵測。本研究成功地利用此方法快速偵測到五種神經戰劑的降解產物,可以作為一個監控的分析方法。zh_TW
