環境美學養成之探討:以蘭嶼達悟族藝術工作者為例

Abstract
本研究由環境美學的觀點,以蘭嶼達悟族藝術工作者作為實例,探討環境與美學之間的關係。環境美學伴隨時間的發展,已發展成以人文思想與文化環境為核心的生活美學;透過對環境的審美與感知,珍惜環境之自然元素,改善環境問題。蘭嶼是個獨特的海洋島嶼環境,島上原住民族達悟族人因地理隔絕,自成完整之山海生活體系,其生活與生產都是長期與海洋環境互動而生,島上藝術亦具有獨特的自然文化美,並展現豐富的生活意涵。經過在地藝術家之訪談,研究指出環境的組成會影響個人的創作,且環境在創作靈感上扮演重要角色;而文化的學習對個人藝術創作的技巧與背後意涵關係密切。如果文化與環境失去聯繫,其藝術呈現也會僅存形貌空殼而沒有靈魂;訪談對象個人學習歷程與經驗,都被納入創作的運用手法之中。對蘭嶼達悟族而言,藝術創作本來就是生活的一部分,為生活用品的一種形式,是祖先因應環境而生透過口傳保留下來,為一種人與環境互動下的循環,環境與環境美學的關係,就落實於個人的生活實踐與表現中;外來現代化的衝擊,已對年輕世代的環境美學產生變化。本研究歸納影響環境美學養成的因素包括:環境、文化、勞動、教育、自身學習。
This research focus on Tau art workers in Orchid Island as case studies to explore the rela-tionships between the environment and Environmental aesthetics. As the time goes by, envi-ronmental aesthetics have developed into a life aesthetics that has humanistic ideas and cul-tural environment as its core. Trough the aesthetics and perception of the environment, start to cherish the natural and to improve environmental problems. Orchid island as an ocean island, has a unique environment and it is geographically isolated. The aborigine Tau on the island composed their own mountain and ocean life system, all their life and production has long term interaction with the ocean. The art on the island has a unique beauty of natural culture and also shows the richness life meaning.After interviewing the local art workers, the research found out that the composition of the environment will influence personal creation and environment also plays an important role in inspiration. Besides, culture learning has a close relationship with the personal art creation techniques and meanings behind it. If culture and the environment are disconnected, then the presentation of the art is only the morphologies and without a soul. The personal learning process and experience of the interviewee have been all become incorporated into the use of creative techniques. For Tau, art creation is part of life, is a form of life necessities, is a heritage passed on by oral tradition from the ancestors, is a circle of human and environment interaction. The relationships between the environment and environmental aesthetics is implement in personal daily practice and performance. Modern foreign culture has changed the environmental aesthetics of the younger generation. The study concludes the elements of environmental aesthetic formation include: the environment, culture, labor, education and self-learning.
