太魯閣國家公園生態環境教育研習營課程發展中環境教育意涵與價值之研究

Abstract
太魯閣國家公園管理處為配合《環境教育法》,近年來積極擴大太魯閣國家公園之生態旅遊與環境教育,以追求太魯閣國家公園的永續發展。太魯閣國家公園於2012年,亦經行政院環境保護署認證為環境教育設施場所。
本研究針對太魯閣國家公園以「生態環境教育」為主題,所規劃的高中青年學子研習營,從人、事、時、地、物等方向,探究課程發展及教案設計中的環境教育意涵與價值。在時的層面,瞭解研習營課程發展過程的各重要階段;在人的層面,從環境教育參與者角色及功能,可將太魯閣國公園生態環境教育研習營課程發展之參與者,分為國家公園參與者、課程設計參與者、在地環境教育參與者等三大類。在事的層面,分析課程規劃與教案設計的生態環境教育內涵,並從地的層面,瞭解適合實施教學地區的考量;最後,彙整課程發展中,建立的環境教育教案示範模組,所應用的環境教育教學資源。
研究結果期能協助太魯閣國家公園,發揮環境教育設施場所之角色與功能,並對太魯閣國家公園的環境教育課程及後續相關研究提出建議。
Taroko National Park was certified as an environmental education facility and field by Environmental Protection Administration, Executive Yuan on December 20, 2012. Along the implement of the Environmental Education Act, as well as in order to pursue its sustainability, Taroko National Park has been actively developing and promoting the eco-tourism and environmental education during the past couple years. From different aspects of people, times, places and objects, this study will explore the implications and values of environmental education in the curriculum development and lesson plans of the senior high school student training camps which are designed by the Taroko National Park and focus on ecological environmental education. In terms of the times, this study will discuss different important stages of developing training camp curriculum. In terms of the people involving the curriculum developments, this study will identify them as three categories: the participants of national park, curriculum design and environmental education based on their roles and functions. In terms of the works, this study analyzed the contents of environmental education in the curriculum arrangements and lesson designs. Besides, in terms of the place, this study will investigate various considerations of a suitable teaching area. Finally, this study will collect the teaching demonstration modules of environmental education curriculum are established along their developments and gather the teaching resources applied by them. The results of this study will be able to help the Taroko National Park to elaborate the role of environmental education facility and field, as well as provides suggestions to its environmental education programs and follow-up research.
