抗癌病患使用巴西蘑菇成效的問卷探討

Abstract

本研究特別對巴西蘑菇做系統的分析，藉著對消費者所做的問卷調查經電腦統計分析，把消費者對巴西蘑菇產品的特性評價和滿意程度做簡單的評比。統計結果顯示消費者對巴西蘑菇產品的便利性和創新性有很高的評價，但是對產品售價偏高比較不滿意，此外對產品的安全性還有一些顧慮，再就是消費者對巴西蘑菇的機能性功效仍然不是很明白。期望本研究的結果能提供一些有用的資訊，讓消費者在選用巴西蘑菇產品前當做參考；同時也能對巴西蘑菇生產製造業者提供一些產品改進及市場行銷的資訊。

Among all kinds of healthy food over the market, Agaricus Blazei Murill is the first heath food that acquires U. S. Food and Drug Administra-tion’s approval as the nourishment complement . Accordingly, our study focus on the systematic analysis of Agaricus Blazei Murill through the questionnaire from the consumers. A statistical analysis regarding the evaluation on the characteristics and properties of the Agaricus Blazei Murill, as well as its satisfaction level is reported. The statistical anaiysis indicates that consumers have high evaluation for product’s convenience and innovation. However, they are unsatisfied with the high price of prod-ucts; they are still concerned about the product’s safety. Customers do not fully comprehend the functional effects of Agaricus Blazei Murill. It is hoping the results of this study can provide useful information to the con-sumers before using Agaricus Blazei Murill and also to the manufacturer in product improvement and marketing.
