電鍍鋅鋼板無鉻抗蝕皮膜與電化學阻抗行為研究

dc.description.abstract本實驗目的是利用溶膠-凝膠法合成出具有矽氧鈦化合物奈米粒子的塗層配方,塗佈在電鍍鋅鋼板表面,達到抗蝕的作用,實驗過程中發現加入矽烷耦合劑 3-(甲基丙烯醯氧)丙基三甲氧基矽烷及壓克力樹脂進行複合,可以提升皮膜厚度及硬度,塗佈在電鍍鋅鋼板上形成抗指紋皮膜鋼板。另外,本研究所研製之抗指紋鍍鋅鋼板也和中國鋼鐵股份有限公司、新日本製鐵公司所生產的抗指紋鋼板進行比較,研究其皮膜結構與抗蝕能力。 本論文工作亦嘗試開發利用電化學方法進行檢測,相較於鹽霧實驗,電化學阻抗分析時間快速,可以即時得到結果,而量測裝置設計的不同,也會影響皮膜阻抗的比較,因此本篇研究對兩種不同設計的電化學量測裝置進行測試效度與再現性分析。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to synthesize the nanoparticles of Si-O-Ti compound by sol-gel method and coated on the surface of electroplating zinc to achieve the effect of anti-corrosion. During the experiment, it was found that the addition of silane coupling agent 3-Methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane and acrylic resin can enhance the thickness and hardness of the coating, and coated on the electroplating zinc to form the anti-fingerprint (AFP) coating steel. In addition, the anti-fingerprint galvanized steel plate developed by this research was also compared its film structure and corrosion resistance with the anti-fingerprint steel plate produced by China Steel Corporation, and Nippon Steel Corporation. This thesis also attempted to develop an electrochemical method for analysis. Compared with the salt spray test, the electrochemical impedance analysis time is very fast and results can be obtained in real time. Different design of measuring devices will also influence on comparison of the coating impedance. This study analyzed the test validity and reproducibility of two different design of electrochemical measuring devices.en_US
