dc.description.abstract本論文探討以三步驟合成新興濫用物質α-四氫吡咯苯烷酮衍生物及其分析,利用條件溫和且易取得之化學原料,以佛瑞德-克來福特醯化反應,讓起始物一次與六種烷基醯氯進行反應、再經過α-溴化及胺化反應後,迅速合成出六種α-四氫吡咯苯烷酮之衍生物,並透過改變起始物合成出一系列之衍生物,所得產物再以氣相層析質譜儀進行分析,建立起此類新興濫用物質及其中間產物的標準圖譜。 關鍵字(詞):新興精神活性物質、α-四氫吡咯苯烷酮類、氣相層析質譜分析zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis essay focuses on the one-pot multi-component synthesis of α-pyrrolidinophenones. Using a three steps process. The starting material and six types of alky acyl chloride undergo Friedel-Crafts acylation, α-bromination and amination reactions. This process swiftly synthesis six types of α-pyrrolidinophenones and its intermediate products, then by changing the starting material can get different derivatives. All products are then analyzed via gas chromatography–mass spectrometry to establish a complete mass spectrum database.
