臺北市國中技藝班學生教師班級經營知覺、家長教育態度知覺與學習滿意度關係之研究

Abstract

本研究在探討臺北市國中技藝班學生教師班級經營知覺、家長教育態度知覺與學習滿意度關係,了解學生學習滿意度的相關因素,作為臺北市國中技藝班之參考。 本研究經由文獻探討,確立影響學習滿意度之因素,包括教師班級經營、家長教育態度、個人基本資料、家庭背景等。為達研究之目的,主要採問卷調查法,進行資料分析,臺北市所有國中技藝班學生人數共有1990人,抽取21所學校共計554位學生,有效問卷439份,有效問卷收回率為79.24%,以「學生基本資料」、「教師班級經營量表」、「家長教育態度量表」、「學習滿意度量表」為研究工具,並採取描述性統計、t考驗、皮爾遜積差相關、單因子變異數分析、薛費事後比較法等方法進行統計分析,得到主要結論如下: 一、臺北市國中技藝班學生對整體學習滿意度傾向於滿意。二、影響國中技藝班學生學習滿意度的因素,包括教師班級經營、家長教育態度等相關因素。 三、學生就讀技藝班的類科別對教師班級經營知覺有顯著性的差異存在。 四、學生性別和升學意願對家長教育態度知覺有顯著性的差異存在。 五、學生就讀技藝班的類科別對學習滿意度有顯著性的差異存在。 關鍵字:技藝教育、教師班級經營知覺、家長教育態度知覺、學習滿意度。
Relationship of teachers’ class management perception, parents’ educational attitude perception and learning satisfaction of skills-education student in Taipei Municipal junior high school. In order to understand the related factors of student learning satisfaction and provide related reference to skills-education authorities. The research analyses references and presume to confirm the factors of student learning satisfaction. The variable of this research are teachers’ class management, parents’ educational attitude, and students’ personal information and family. The research used a questionnaire survey and the SPSS analysis software;554 questionnaires were issued, 439 valid questionnaires were recovered. Through the descriptive statistics, T-test, Pearson correlation analysis, ANOVA and Schaffer method, the results show that: 1. As a whole, skills-education students in Taipei Municipal junior high school are satisfied at skill-based program. 2. The factors that affect skills-education students in junior high school include class management, parents’ educational attitude. 3. The students’ attending departments show significant difference in teachers’ class management perception. 4. The students’ gender and students’ intent to further study show significant difference in parents’ educational attitude perception. 5. The students’ attending departments show significant differences in learning satisfaction.
