Abstract: 本研究的目的在探討替代性溝通訓練對最度障礙兒童溝通能力及異常行為的影響。採用單一受試實驗研究ABA設計,自變項為替代性溝通訓練,依變項為個案主動表達及異常行為的次數,以一名八歲重度智能障礙及聽覺障礙的兒童為研究對象。研究結果發現,替代性溝通訓練能有效提升個案主動表達的溝通能力,同時,個案異常行為出現次數亦有顯著減少。
