Abstract: 本文作者所設計的「小團體輔導單元設計」刊登後,獲得多方面的讚許,且與讀者透過書信往來彼此互勵互勉,從中又獲悉秀朗國小二年35班的經營方式及領導型態之轉變。此外,作者對一般教學參觀和教學演示中彼此未能充分交流經驗、深感受挫,因此,他建議改以資料交換或綜合座談來推展資優教育。
