Abstract: 本研究係對分散式方案(抽離式)與集中式方案(自足式特教班)做比較研究。對象是紐約大都會地區的57所學校;其中39所採方散式方案,18所採集中式方 案。研究結果顯示:採分散式的行政人員的推行和監控督導,都比集中式的仔細且嚴謹。分散式方案具備更完備的設備和更專業化的教學,教師受過基礎訓練,也參 加在職訓練,平時閱讀有關資優教育的刊物與書籍。在分散式方案的行政機構中,設有篩選委員會,能系統化地甄選資優生。
