科技輔助訓練排球一般組球員之訓練設施與設備探討

Abstract
隨著科技進步,善用科技輔助加以訓練,便能輔助球員達到更好之訓練成效。2018年後,臺灣排球人口迅速提升,尤其以一般組球員為主,這些一般組球員較少有機會透過科技輔助平時的訓練。此外,目前國內的排球運動訓練設施與設備大致多為排球專項選手做為使用,專為排球一般組球員建設之設施較為缺乏。本研究目的以排球一般組球員為研究對象,建構科技輔助訓練應用於排球技術訓練與訓練場地設施與設備之指標。本研究方法以層級分析法,建構科技輔助訓練設施與設備指標。藉由球員、教練與場地管理者對科技輔助訓練設施與設備之想法,建構各指標的優先性排序。研究發現球員大多注重訓練場地之設施與設備、教練大多重視排球技術訓練空間的大小以及能夠容納的人數與場地管理者重視訓練場地之設施與設備。統整三者角色觀點後,我們發現其注重場地設施與設備的指標建構。第二點則為排球技術訓練空間大小。本研究以科技輔助訓練一般組球員所需設施與設備之指標排序。在瞭解一般組球員在訓練過程中之需求,以利未來應用於其它球類。
With the advancement of technology, the volleyball players used technology to support training process and helped them achieve better training results. After 2018, volleyball players had rapidly increased in Taiwan. Amateur volleyball players had less chance to assist their training with technology. Moreover, the current volleyball training facilities and equipment were used by professional volleyball players, but lack of for amateur volleyball players. The purpose of this study was to construct indicators., which applied technology-assisted of training facilities and equipments for amateur volleyball players. The study used the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to understand the priority of index. The research found that the players concerned with the training facilities and equipments; the coaches concerned with the size of the training fields and the venue managers concerned with the training facilities and equipments. After integrating the three role opinions, the first point was the construction of the facilities and equipments. The second point was the size of volleyball training fields. This study ranked technology-assisted training facilities and equipments for amateur volleyball players' requirement. After understanding the amateur players' requirements during their training process, helped future application in other ball games.
