二芐環庚烷/二苯基笏衍生物於白光有機 電激發光二極體的應用

Abstract

高效率白光有機電激發光二極體一直是個熱門的研究領域,為了 讓業界量產更順利而在無摻雜之多層白光元件努力的研究;本實驗室 過去已先後發展出喹喔啉/二苯基笏之雙重偶極性的高效能非摻雜型 黃光材料與二苄環庚烯/二苯基笏之雙重臨位混成系統的高效率非摻 雜型藍光材料,因此將這兩種材料整合便可做出結構簡單之雙波段白 光有機發光二極體元件,其元件結構為ITO/ NPB/ (喹喔啉/二苯基 笏)/ (二苄環庚烯/二苯基笏)/ TPBI/ LiF/ Al,其元件操作電壓為9.3 V 時最大亮度為15990 cd/m2,當電流密度為20 mA/m2 時有著 1.67 % 之外部量子產率、3.02 cd/A 之電流效率與1.02 lm/W 之功率效率, 其CIEx,y 座標為 (0.27,0.27)。 將喹喔啉之黃光官能基與雙甲氧苯基苯之藍光官能基加以整合 成單一分子而製作成白光發光材料。但是因為分子吸收峰與放射波長 重疊而產生分子間自身能量轉移的現象。
We report a new white light emission device from non-doped yellow and blue organic light-emitting materials develop in our labs. The simple device configuration of indium tin oxide / NPB (N,N'-bis(1-naphthyl)-N,N'-diphenyl-1,1'-biphenyl-4,4'-diamine)/ spirofluorene-dibenzosuberan[d](1,4-bis-(N,N-dipheneylamino)-phenyl)-quino xaline) (5) / 3,7-bis(N,N-diphenylamino)-5,5-spirofluorenyl-5Hdibenzo[a,d]cycloheptene (10) /TPBI (1,3,5-Tris(1-phenyl-1Hbenzimidazol-2-yl)benzene)/ LiF/ Al exhibited a luminance of 15990cd/m2 at a driving voltage of 9.3 V with CIEx,y(0.27,0.27). The white OLED has a external quantum efficiency of 1.67%, a current efficiency of 3.02 cd/A and the power efficiency of 1.02 lm/W, respectively. On the other hand, we tried combining yellow-emitting template and blue-emitting unit into one molecule as a white organic light-emitting material. Unfortunately, the problem of inter molecular energy transfer happened which the blue emission (420 nm) was aborted by quinoxaline group.
