本研究欲探討員工的數位素養、心理資本與工作投入的關聯性,同時檢驗數位素養在此關係中的調節效果。研究對象為國內的正職工作者且至少任職一年以上。採取問卷調查的方式,總計回收224份的有效問卷。進行統計分析後,研究結果顯示:一、心理資本對工作投入具正向關係;二、數位素養在心理資本與工作投入間具調節效果。期望可作為企業日後在人力資源管理措施時的參考依據,並降低員工的離職率,使組織得以永續發展。
