本研究的目的在探討雇主品牌與留任意願的關聯性,及心理契約為中介效果的影響。本研究方法採用問卷調查法,研究對象以企業在職員工為問卷實施對象,回收有效問卷為379份,研究結果發現:(1) 雇主品牌與心理契約具有正相關(2)心理契約與留任意願具有正相關(3)雇主品牌與留任意願具有正相關(4)心理契約在雇主品牌與留任意願間,具有中介效果。本研究透過分析結果,提出管理意涵及未來研究者參考。
