新竹市瑜珈參與者的休閒動機、持續涉入及幸福感相關之研究

Abstract
休閒運動的參與已經隨著時代的進步,成為日常生活中不可缺少的一個項目,許多現代人越來越重視身體及心靈的健康。本研究旨在瞭解新竹市瑜珈參與者休閒動機、持續涉入與幸福感之差異及相關情形。研究採用問卷調查法以分層隨機抽樣(stratified random sampling)方式,針對新竹地區參與瑜珈團體課程者,進行問卷調查。回收有效問卷416份,將所得資料進行描述性統計、項目分析、因素分析、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、雪費法事後比較、皮爾森積差相關及逐步多元迴歸等統計方法處理,經分析與討論後的結論如下:
一、新竹市瑜珈參與者現況以女性、41-45歲、已婚、大專院校程度者居多。
二、不同背景與特性之瑜珈參與者,在休閒動機上有顯著差異。婚姻狀況、年齡層、月收入與教育程度,在休閒動機上呈現顯著的差異。
三、不同背景與特性之瑜珈參與者,在持續涉入上有顯著差異。性別、婚姻狀況與年齡層,在持續涉入上呈現顯著的差異。
四、不同背景與特性之瑜珈參與者,在幸福感上有顯著差異。性別、婚姻狀況、年齡層與教育程度,在幸福感上呈現顯著的差異。
五、瑜珈參與者其休閒動機、持續涉入與幸福感之間有正向相關存在。休閒動機中的「心理健康」,持續涉入中的「吸引力」與幸福感中的「身心健康」呈現高度的相關性。
希望後續研究者能以不同於本研究的研究對象及研究方法做切入,探討瑜珈的相關感受,給予學術界及瑜珈修練者更多的貢獻。
Recreational sports participation has become an indispensable item in daily life with the progress of the times, many people feel more and more emphasis about the health of physical and psychological.The purpose of the study was to understand the differences, and relationships between the participating motivation, continuous involvement and well-being of Yoga participants in HsinChu City. Questionnaire survey was conducted by the stratified random sampling applied to the target group. The questionair study aims at people in HsinChu City who participate Yoga class. The total of effective questionair are 416. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, item analysis, factors analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s method, and Pearson correlation, etc. 1. The main group of Yoga participants in HsinChu City were 41 to 45 years old, married, and college graduated female. 2. The difference of backgrounds and characteristics of Yoga participants shows significantly difference in participating motivation. Marital status, age, monthly income and level of education, showing significant differences. 3.The difference of backgrounds and characteristics of Yoga participants are significantly different in continuous involvement. Sex,marital status and age, showing significant differences. 4.The difference of backgrounds and characteristics of Yoga participants are significantly different in well-being. Sex,marital status, age and level of education, showing significant differences. 5. Yoga participants are positively associated with their participating motivation, continuous involvement and well-being. "Mental health" in the participating motivation, "attractive" in the continuous involvement and "physical mental health " in the well-being presents a high degree of correlation. Hope the future research uses different methodology to explore yoga experience and feelings for more contributions at academia.
