從競爭到競合探討台灣電影產業的新方向:以伯樂影業為例

dc.description.abstract | 產業內是否只有競爭呢?在經濟學的學說各派如是說。在實務運作上,並非一定與競爭對手競爭,而是選擇攜手合作,共同分享利益、分擔風險,或開發新技術、加速生產新產品、整合資源行銷,以此來擴大現有市場的量能,增加彼此的利益。這是在業界實務上競爭中領悟出來的生存法則。電影產業可以在國際市場上購買西洋獨立製片的台灣發行權,或是選擇合資合拍創作一部新的國片,「競合(co-opetition)」已經默默地行之有年,影響一部電影的誕生以及商業映演實際上發生的現象。一部電影就像是一個遊戲、一個賽局,參與者的加入會影響賽局以及未來產業的發展。本文以新成立的「伯樂影業」為例,採用個案研究法,分析探究當代近十年電影產業發展現狀。透過此個案公司在商業策略方面的實踐,從競爭到賽局的合作,競合co-opetition現象是賽局理論的一個實務上的體現,它凸顯出產業間共同合作的重要,獲得的也許不是單方的最大化利益,競爭者的相互合作可創造出對彼此的最佳回應。促成合作的基礎在於溝通和信賴關係,亦即社會資本的累積,競合策略用來整合交換彼此的資源,藉以擴大市場和提高市場競爭力,協助電影和創意人才的發展、創意的落實與新產品的開發,嘗試滿足市場不斷變化的需求,探討台灣電影產業下一個世代的可行發展方向。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Co-opetition is a new business strategy where companies compete in specific areas while cooperating in other areas. The companies in the supply chain simultaneously adopt competitive and cooperative strategies in commercial competition.According to Game Theory, companies choose to adopt a co-opetition strategy to better utilize each other's resources, creativity, technology, or market positions to achieve mutual benefits. Instead of solely competition, the co-opetition strategy helps increase market share and enhance market competitiveness. Co-opetition also helps companies innovate and develop new products to meet the ever-changing demands of the market. By analyzing the implementation of co-opetition by the newly established company "Bole Film" in the Taiwan film industry, reviewing the current state of the film industry in this decade, try to explore the new directions of the Taiwan film industry for the next generation. | en_US |
