Abstract

摘 要 少子化時代的來臨,補教產業在競爭激烈的環境下勢必順應趨勢,改變當前經營模式,多元入學方案的實施,提供更多元入學途徑,不再專注以考試為前提的升學環境,順應這樣的趨勢,補習班求新求變、成長與轉型,是否廣為接受,為本研究重點。 本研究的主題為「補教業經營型態與策略之研究」。以育有學齡兒童六至十八歲之家長為調查對象,透過訪談的方式了解家長對當前補習環境與需求面之看法,也為補教業者未來成長轉型策略提出相關作法,就整合多元學習的課程種類、E化設備輔助教學、微型補習班規模等新型態的補習經營方式被接受程度進行深究,以期能藉由差異化為補習班的困境找到新的競爭優勢持續發展經營。
Under the competitive environment of the cram school nowadays, it has to adapt to the trend of the current business model. For example, the implementation of the multiple enrollment program providing more ways to enter the school, nolonger focusing on the environment which based on exam results to enroll to an institution. In conformity to this trend, innovation, growth and transformation, and would it be widely acceptable? This is the focus of the study and apparently it is due to the low birth rate of the country. The theme of this study is ”A Research of Cram School Operation Types and Strategies in Taiwan”. Research is to be conducted with the parents whose children are at the age of six to eighteen, and through this survey, can understand the point of view of the parents and guardian as to what they’re seeking in the cram school environment and needs.This study will lead to the transformation of the future growth and improvise strategies which could be useful. To name a few of these strategies involved in this study are as follows: integrating the diversity of the types of courses, E-equipment-assisted teaching, small class wherein can focus more on individuals. Through the study, we may find new strengths and opportunities to overcome the difficulties and competitiveness of managing the business of the cram school.
