上班族養生認知與健康促進生活方式之研究──以中華電信員工為例

Abstract

在物質文明迅速增長的同時,因生活方式的不同,導致現代文明病日益侵害人們的健康,健康是人類非常寶貴的財富。許多學者認為養生認知與健康促進的生活方式是非常重要的概念。對組織而言,員工的健康是企業組織的最大資產,因為工作效率的提昇才能為企業組織賺進更多的財富。而擁有良好身心健康的員工才能迅速完成企業目標、創造利潤,另一方面更可降低公司在醫療支出、照顧孱弱員工的相對成本 。本研究之目的在於了解與分析組織員工的養生認知與健康促進生活方式之間的關係,並分析不同人口統計變相員工與其養生認知在健康促進生活方式之預測力。本研究將以中華電信七個服務轄區之員工為研究對象的母群體1,046人,採用便利抽樣,抽出502個樣本。研究工具包括人口統計變項、養生認知量表、健康促進生活型態量表。本研究將運用描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、獨立樣本單因子變異數分析、多元迴歸分析進行資料處理與分析。結論:(一) 依人口統計變項比較受訪電信員工發現,女性較男性有比較好的養生方式認知外,其餘的養生認知構面均未達顯著差異,另外年齡及工作屬性方面,在養生認知整體構面上均具有顯著差異。在養生認知有部分顯著差異;(二) 依人口統計變項比較受訪電信員工發現,在健康促進生活方式有顯著差異;(三) 電信員工養生認知與健康促進生活方式有相關及顯著差異;(四) 養生認知對健康促進生活方式具有顯著的預測力。
While rapid growth in the material due to the different way of life, leading to diseases of modern civilization increasingly against people's health, health is a very valuable asset of mankind. Many scholars believe that the promotion of health awareness and healthy lifestyle is a very important concept. On organizations, business organizations, employee health is the greatest asset, because of improved efficiency can be earned for the organization more wealth. And have good physical and mental health staff to quickly complete the business objectives, create profits and, more in medical expenses can be reduced, the relative cost of care for frail staff. The purpose of this study is to understand the organization and analysis of employee health awareness and health promotion in the relationship between lifestyle, and analysis of different demographic disguised employees and their health awareness in the health-promoting lifestyle predictors. Five hundred and two participants selected from 1,046 employees by using convenience sampling. Instruments included demographic variables, health perception scale, health-promoting lifestyle scale. This study used descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, independent sample analysis of variance, multiple regression analysis for data processing and analysis. Conclusions: (a) Comparison of the respondents according to demographic variables, the telecommunications staff found that more women than men have better health conceptions, the rest of the health perceptions can not reach a significant difference in age and other attributes of the work, in health overall dimension of cognition are significantly different. In some significant differences in cognitive health; (b) Comparison of the respondents according to demographic variables, the telecommunications staff found that there are significant differences in health-promoting lifestyle; (c) of the Telecommunications staff health awareness and health promotion relevant and significant differences in lifestyle; (d) awareness of the health-promoting lifestyle regimen has significant predictive power.
