企業職工運動休閒社團推展與經營個案研究 —以E銀行為例

Abstract
現行臺灣工作及生活型態已有重大的轉變,從以往農、工為主職業結構,配合全球化趨勢,轉變為服務業及高科技產業為主,雖然勞動時間下降,取而代之是勞心勞力,為維護國人健康,政府將全民健康與職工規律運動列為國家重要運動發展政策之一。
企業藉由工作場所健康促進宣導及職工福利委員會,鼓勵職工積極參與運動休閒社團活動,以達到健康的企業目標;銀行業為保有競爭力及獲利能力,在服務過程中必須兼顧銷售、服務、顧客三者間平衡,以獲得客戶信任,因此銀行業員工所面臨的工作壓力較一般產業高,故銀行企業提供具有幸福感運動休閒社團將能滿足職工運動休閒需求;職工參與運動休閒社團活動後,無論是在心理、生活成就及身心健康等層面,獲得良性循環;在家庭、社會環境及企業三者間創造健康休閒價值。
目前學術界對企業內組織型態職工運動休閒社團推展研究較不多,本研究旨在探討金融控股公司之子公司銀行企業職工運動休閒社團推展與經營,個案研究以E銀行為研究對象,藉由半結構性開放式訪談,統整職工運動休閒社團推展實務及運用相關文獻理論,針對訪談內容加以分析與探討。主要研究結果如下:一、經營績效及員工貢獻高企業,較願意投入職工福利,如運動休閒社團經費與軟硬體資源及社團政策制度落實;藉由企業職工運動休閒社團永續經營,將創造企業員工幸福感。二、組織型態職工運動休閒社團政策規劃,決定社團組織健全度與運作能力;導入績效管理制度提昇社團營運品質;行銷與推動計劃確保活動目標落實;定期與社團確認發展需求,可有效降低社團經營阻礙;三、社團願景目標有助提昇職工運動休閒活動參與感及成就感;社團藉由內外部典範觀摩學習,開創社團多元性及未來發展性。
The current work and life pattern in Taiwan has experienced major changes. In responding to the trend of globalization, professional structure has changed from agriculture and manufacture focused to services and high-tech industry. Although there is a decline in working hours, instead, employees have to contribute more mental and physical efforts into work. To maintain the health condition of our countryman, Taiwan government has included national health promotion and employee regular exercise as one important national sports development policy. Through workplace health promotion campaigns and employee welfare committee, enterprise encourage their employees to actively participate in the activities of sports and leisure club, so to achieve the goal of healthy enterprise. Banking industry, in order to retain its competitiveness and profitability, must be able to balance between selling, services and customers, in the service process, so to obtain customers’ trust. Due to this reason, bank employees face higher working pressure than those working in the other industries. Therefore, banks that provide sports and leisure club that brings out happiness should be able to satisfy the sports and leisure club of their employees. Employees participating in sports and leisure club activities can acquire positive virtuous circle on mental, life achievement and physical and mental health. Therefore, the value of health and leisure can be built among family, social environment and enterprise. Currently, there are not many academic researches on the promotion of employee sports and leisure clubs’ organization forms within enterprise. This study aims to discuss the promotion and management of the employees’ sports and leisure club of the banking subsidiary of a financial holding company, and case study will focus on E bank. Through semi-structured open interview, the relevant literatures and theory related to the practice and application of employees’ sports leisure club promotion are integrated. The analysis and research are based on the contents of the interviews. The main research findings are as follows. First, enterprise with high operational performance and employee contribution tend to be more willing to invest in employee welfare. This might take the form of having budget for sports and leisure club, providing software and hardware resources, and implementing club policy system. By sustainable operation of company’s employee sports and leisure club, a feeling of happiness will be created among employees. Second, policy planning foran organizational formed employee sports and leisure club decides the robustness and operating capability of such organization. To efficiently reduce the obstacles in managing the clubs, performance-based management system should be established and thus raise the club management quality. Also, marketing and promotion plans should be made to ensure the goals of activities are meet. The evolving demand of companies should be confirmed regularly. Lastly, clubs that have visions and targets can be conductive to enhance the sense of involvement and fulfillment of employees to sports and leisure club activities. Through internal and external learning of best practices, the diversification and future development of clubs can be well established.
