Abstract

本研究針對IC封測廠如何透過有效品質稽核以提升品質競爭力。其背景特徵為企業規模擴大時,品質稽核單位如何透過對的組織結構,有效掌握多座工廠營運的品質稽核績效。論述以理論與個案實務相結合,以期對負責工廠品質稽核的部門單位主管能有實務傳承的貢獻。論述的重點為1.建立明確的品質稽核指標。 2.確保每一個單位的品質稽核水準一致無落差。 3.確保不同情境的品質稽核皆能達標。 4.組織結構與組織文化的建立。 5品質稽核人員培訓與知識管理。 6.結合績效考核。
This study aims at how IC packaging and testing house could improve its quality competitiveness through effective quality audits. The background feature is about how the quality audit department can effectively manage the quality audit performance of multiple factory operations through the organizational structure of the company when it expands. The combination of theory and case practice will be discussed in order to make a contribution of practical inheritance to the head of the department who were responsible for factory quality auditing. The point of discussion focus on: 1. Establish clearly quality audit indicators. 2. Ensure that the quality auditing quality of each unit is consistent. 3. Ensure all the quality audits in different situations can reach the standards. 4. The establishment of organizational structure and organizational culture. 5. Quality audit training and knowledge management. 6. Combine performance with appraisal.
