dc.description.abstract作者指出在e世代中要達到所謂的「無障礙」，必須包括1.資訊取得、2.溝通、3.物理環境、4.社會環境、5 心理環境的無障礙。文中也指出經由三個重要向度，以促成e世代「無障礙」觀之實現：1.研發與應用個別化科技輔具，使障礙者之特定需求可被滿足；2推廣採用共用設計（universal design）觀念之共用產品與環境改造，使障礙者可和一般人一起共享社會與生活資源，且不致被刻意標記與隔離；3 顛覆傳統殘障觀念，徹底改變眾人（包括障礙者本人）對於「殘障」之看法，以營造無障礙的心靈環境。zh_tw
