臺北市青少年的休閒參與特性對生活適應之影響

Abstract

本研究旨在探討青少年的休閒參與特性對生活適應的影響。針對臺北市的國中、高中及高職學生，以「休閒參與特性與生活適應量表」問卷抽樣調查，有效樣本數共412 份。經變異數分析和相關分析，主要研究結果如下：一、臺北市青少年的休閒參與特性中，時間特性主要為適中，互動形式為二人以上非正式，最適體驗感覺良好以及運動自覺程度為適中；二、青少年的生活適應程度居於中上水準，普遍狀況良好；三、人口統計變項對休閒參與特性或生活適應有顯著差異；四、青少年的休閒參與特性中，互動形式、最適體驗以及運動自覺影響生活適應。根據研究結果，本研究建議家長與學校應提倡青少年的休閒教育中，包括瞭解青少年的生活適應狀況，協助達到參與各休閒活動的特性，以提升生活適應的水準。此外，未來可進一步探討其他休閒因素對青少年生活適應的影響。

The purpose of this study was to discuss the influences of leisure participation characteristics to the life adjustment of the adolescent in Taipei city. Use a “Adolescents' Leisure Participation Characteristic Affect the Life Adjustment” questionnaire to the youth who are 12-18 in Taipei City, and it amounts to 412 for the effective sample to count. Independent Samples T-test, One-way Anova, Discriminant Analysis and other statistic analyses were used to analyze collected data. The results of this study as follows: 1. Leisure participation characteristic of the adolescent, time characteristic appeared enough, interdynamic form mainly for “ two people more than unofficial”, the optimal experience was good, and the perceived exertion was “ moderate”. 2. The adolescent’s life adjustment was generally middly and upperly. 3. The demography had significant differences with the leisure participation characteristic or the life adjustment. 4. Leisure participation characteristic of the adolescent had effect on the life adjustment. Recommendations from research results are as of the following:To suggest to parents and schools to better arrange plans for leisure educationa in order to heighten the level of the life adjustment.Besides, further study topics associated with the recognition, benefits or experience of leisur in the adolescent affect the life adjustment.
