Abstract

本研究主旨為發展一份適合國中學生使用之學校創意情境氛圍量表,以評量校園環境氛圍中對於國中學生創意行為的助長或妨礙因素。研究對象為臺北市、新北市、桃園市的七、八、九年級國中學生,預試階段有效樣本為111份,正式施測有效樣本為492份,並探討其他相關社會背景因素。研究方法採用問卷調查法,使用測量工具為自編之「學校創意情境氛圍量表」,其量表基於Treffinger提出COCO模式中「情境脈絡」之九項特定氛圍因素的理論來做編製,以此發展出九個構面,包含:「挑戰和參與」、「自由度」、「信任和開放」、「點子時間」、「玩興和幽默」、「低度衝突」、「支持點子」、「辯論」、「冒險性」,共有47題,計分方式採李克特氏五點尺度衡量。統計使用描述分析、項目分析、信效度檢驗、Pearson積差相關、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子獨立樣本變異數分析等統計方式進行資料分析,其分析結果如下:一、量表經統計分析結果具有信效度,其得分越高即表示國中學生知覺到的學校創意氛圍之感受越正向。二、不同性別的國中學生在知覺其學校創意氛圍中並無差異。三、不同年級的國中學生在知覺其學校創意氛圍中有差異。依據上述研究結果最後提出幾項建議,盼能提供相關人員在教育及學術後續研究之參考。
The purpose of this study is to develop a school creative contextual climate scale suitable for junior high school students to evaluate the facilitation or hindrance factors in the campus environment for junior high school students' creative behavior. The subjects of the study were seventh, eighth, and ninth grade middle school students in Taipei City, New Taipei City, and Taoyuan City. There were 111 valid samples in the pre-test stage and 492 valid samples in the formal test. Other relevant social background factors were also explored. The research method adopts the questionnaire survey method, and the measurement tool is the " School Creative Contextual Climate Scale", which is compiled based on Treffinger's theory ofnine specific climate factors in the"Contextual Context" of the COCO model. Nine dimensions were developed, including: "Challenge and Engagement", "Freedom", "Trust and Openness", "Time for Ideas", "Playfulness and Humor", "Low Conflict", "Supporting Ideas", "Debating ", "Adventure", a total of 47 questions, and the scoring method is measured by the five-point Likert scale. Statistics Use descriptive analysis, item analysis, reliability and validity test, Pearson product difference correlation, independent sample t test, single factor independent sample variance analysis and other statistical methods for data analysis, and the analysis results are as follows:1. The results of the statistical analysis of the scale are reliable and valid. The higher the score, the more positive the junior high school students perceive the school's creative climate. 2. Junior high school students of different genders have no difference in perception of their school's creative climate. 3. Junior high school students of different grades have different perceptions of their school's creative climate. Based on the above research results, several suggestions are finally put forward, hoping to provide references for relevant personnel in education and academic follow-up research.
