高科技產業員工工作壓力、休閒參與與工作生活平衡之研究

Abstract

在政府的全力推動下,高科技產業逐漸成為台灣經濟成長的重心。產業發展的同時,高科技產業員工也面臨產業特性帶來的龐大工作壓力。休閒參與可以調適工作壓力,也可調節工作生活平衡。本研究目的為瞭解高科技產業員工的工作壓力、休閒參與及工作生活平衡之情形;並分析高科技產業員工人口背景變項在工作壓力、休閒參與與工作生活平衡上之差異;最後探討高科技產業員工人口背景變項、工作壓力與休閒參與對工作生活平衡之解釋情形。本研究採問卷調查法,共蒐集318份有效問卷,利用描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關以及多元階層迴歸分析資料。研究結果顯示人口背景變項在部分工作壓力、休閒參與與工作生活平衡上有差異存在;人口背景變項、休閒參與與工作壓力可顯著解釋工作生活平衡。由此建議高科技產業員工若能增加休閒參與總次數,或是提高休閒參與時的最適體驗與運動自覺強度,皆能降低工作生活失衡或是增進工作個人生活提升。另外高科技產業公司與員工可針對長工時、工作控制與工作負荷問題加以解決,來降低員工工作生活上的失衡,並增進工作生活互相提升之正面效益。
Since high-tech industry has become the engine of economic growth in Taiwan, more and more employees experienced high job stress. As LOHAS and Slow Living have become a trend, most employees desired to keep balance between work and non-work life. Leisure participation could moderate job stress and adjust work life balance. The purposes of this study were to indentify high-tech industry employees’ job stress, leisure participation and work-life balance, to analyze the different work life balance toward high tech industry employees, to investigate the relationship among job stress, leisure participation and work-life balance. This study collected 318 effective questionnaires. Data were analyzed by utilizing descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA and multiple hierarchical regression. Results indicated that demographic variables, leisure participation as well as job stress explained a significant proportion of the variance in work interference personal life (WIPL). Base on the results, suggestion was employers and employees could try to reduce the long work hours to avoid work life imbalance problems.
