Abstract

本研究旨在探討自行車產業供應鏈整合商在提供供應商服務功能價值方面的關鍵成功因素。本研究以自行車專業貿易商A公司為研究對象,從A公司上游供應商的角度探討A公司在自行車產業供應鏈中扮演供應鏈整合商角色所應具備的關鍵成功因素,以及該公司在這些關鍵成功因素上的績效表現。本研究透過與六位上游供應商業界專家訪談的資料分析,共萃取出21項供應鏈整合商的重要成功因素。根據21項因素設計封閉式問卷,近一步調查上游廠商對於這些要素重要性及A公司在這些因素上令他們滿意的程度。依據問卷資料的統計分析結果,本研究篩選出8個關鍵成功因素,包含建立供應商信任並維持緊密合作關係、提供技術資源、提升客製化產品能力與產品價值、創新能力、供應商整合能力、確保穩定的財務狀況、提供供應商好的客戶、及產品多樣化。本研究針對A公司在8個關鍵成功因素滿意度資料分析結果,建議對其中5項滿意度較高的關鍵成功因素盡力保持現行做法的水準,並對另3項滿意度偏低的關鍵成功因素提出10項改善建議:(1)建立供應商資料庫、(2)建立溝通和協作平台推動多方合作、(3)提供全方位與技術支援、(4)分享市場資訊和趨勢、(5)優化供應鏈流程、(6)整合供應商的專業能力、(7)強化供應商管理並定期評估供應商、(8)持續技術創新,學習和不斷改善、(9)開創多元模式以便提升產業鏈核心價值、及(10)順應外在環境變化。
This study aims to explore the critical success factors of bicycle industry supply chain integrators in delivering functional value of supplier services. We use company A, a professional bicycle trader and supply chain integrator, as the research case. From the perspectives of upstream suppliers, this study search for the critical success factors (CSFs) that company A should have as a supply chain integrator, as well as the company's performance on these critical success factors. Based on our interviews with 6 experts in the upstream supply chain, we extracted 21 important success factors for company A as a supply chain integrator. We further developed a structural questionnaire for investigating the importance and satisfaction perceived by the upstream suppliers. According to the analysis on the questionnaire response data, we identified 8 critical success factors out of the 21 important success factors, including establishing trust with suppliers and maintaining close cooperative relationships, providing technical resources, improving customized product capabilities and product value, innovation capabilities, supplier integration capabilities, ensuring stable financial status, providing suppliers with quality customers, and product diversification. We suggest that company A should maintain the same level of efforts on the 5 CSFs that are perceived satisfactory. As to the remaining 3 unsatisfied CSFs, we recommend the following 10 improvement strategies: (1) constructing supplier database; (2) establishing a communication and collaboration platform to promote multi-party cooperation; (3) providing comprehensive technical support; (4) sharing market information and trends with suppliers; (5) optimizing supply chain operations; (6) integrating suppliers' professional capabilities; (7) strengthening supplier management capability and periodically evaluating suppliers; (8) implementing continuous technological innovation, learning and improvement; (9) creating diversified models to enhance the core value of the industrial chain; and (10) adapting to changes in the external environment.
