網路影音串流平台的發展模式之研究--以台灣電影產業為例

Abstract

全球影音平台串起，造就網際網路和科技的突飛猛進。電子商務在台灣的發展願景是經濟部商業施強化的重點，政府致力於打造臺灣成為網路公司的重要樞紐國家，因此從電子商務平台到網路影音串流平台的興起，是可想而知的。如果再搭配政府新南向政策的發展，在這波浪潮中帶動整各網路影音平台產業延升至國外，不僅僅可以帶動整各台灣的經濟成長，甚至可以將台灣具有特色的文跟物、或品牌等商品行銷到全球市場。

隨著消費型態的改變，和網路有關的產業，都是各國主要發展的重點產業。網路無時差、無國界的特性造就了全世界都在改變，影音串流平台已經成為現在的趨勢。基於台灣影視產業的規模小，可藉由政府的政策新南向發展來突破台灣市場狹小的困境。另外，再透過網路影音串流平台向公開的方向發展，來解決台灣電影產業所面臨資金籌資上的問題，讓有關的電影從業人才能專注於製作影片上，不必為資金而煩惱。The global video platform has been able to propel the Internet and technology.
