行政院各部會員工休閒態度與休閒無聊感之相關研究
Abstract
本研究旨在瞭解行政院各部會員工休閒態度與休閒無聊感情形,並探討不同背景變項的各部會員工休閒態度與休閒無聊感之差異情形,以及休閒態度與休閒無聊感與之相關情形。本研究共回收有效問卷438份。研究結果顯示:一、各項休閒活動參與頻率尚屬平均,其中視聽活動類(看電視、看報紙、看電影、聽音樂、聽廣播等)以「幾乎每天做」為參與頻率最高的休閒活動,但在運動活動及文化活動的參與上則稍顯不足。二、各部會員工的休閒態度屬正向且積極,但在調查排序上得分最低的題項為「我花費相當多的時間和努力去提昇自已從事休閒活動的能力」,與實際的認知行為上有落差。三、各部會員工的休閒無聊感程度偏低,並以反向題「如果我現在能有一筆不錯的退休收入,我的退休生活將會有很多有趣的事情可做」的得分最好,顯示一生奉公守奉的各部會員工很期待退休後的生活,可以好好規劃及從事很多自已有興趣的活動。四、不同背景變項的員工在休閒態度程度上没有顯著差異存在。其次在休閒無聊感上僅「上班通勤時間」有顯著差異存在。五、各部會員工休閒態度與休閒無聊感之間有顯著負相關存在。
行政院各部會員工是社會中堅份子,也是菁英份子,對於任何休閒活動的參與都具有標竿作用,尤其是運動活動及文化活動,因此如何增加各部會員工對於運動活動及文化活動參與頻率,則有賴於各部會人事部門多規劃辦理運動活動、文化活動,藉由各部會員工的參與、推動,而帶動國人的運動活動及文化活動的參與度,減少不良休閒活動的參與,進而提升生活品質及內涵。
The purpose of this study was to understand the Executive Yuan’s Employees of various departments’s leisure attitude and leisure boredom case, and leisure attitude and leisure boredom associated with the case. In this study, there were 438 valid questionnaires. The results showed: (1) The frequency of participation in leisure activities is still average, audio-visual activities is the highest frequency of "almost every day" leisure activities (such as: watching TV, reading newspapers, watching movies, listening to music, listening to the radio, etc.) But in sports activities and cultural events is slightly less on the participation of. (2) Ministries staff‘s attitude on leisure is positive and proactive, however, the lowest score on the survey topics is “I spent considerable time and effort to enhance their own ability to engage in leisure activities”, there’s a gap between the actual cognitive behavioral. (3)Ministries staff’s leisure boredom level is low, and the reverse question “ If I could retire now with a comfortable income, I would have plenty of exciting things to do for the rest of my life.” get the highest point, it show’s that dedication and keep employees instructions from the ministries are looking forward to retirement planning and can engage in many activities in their own interest. (4) There is no significant difference exists in the different background variables in the leisure attitude of the staff. The significant differences is only in the leisure boredom, " the commute to work time". (5) Ministries staff’s leisure attitudes and leisure boredom significant negative correlation exists between. Ministries employees are elite , but also savvy, they participate in any leisure activity has the role of benchmarking, especially in sports activities and cultural events, so how to increase the frequency of ministries staff to participation in sports activities and cultural activities is depends on the personnel departments of ministries planning for multi-sport activities, cultural activities, by ministries employee participation, and promote people's portsactivities, cultural s activities and participation, reduce the participation of non-performing leisure activities, and thus enhance the quality of life and meaning.
