學童家長選擇兒童營隊活動之評選要素研究-以毛克利營隊活動為例

Abstract
國小學童始終期待寒暑假到來,家長為學童選擇活動已成為放假前的普遍現象,也常造成家長的困惑。本研究透過兒童營隊活動調查問卷之滿意度,分析家長不同社經背景在評選兒童營隊活動之差異性,以提供家長在日後評選兒童營隊活動之參考。研究對象以2015年寒假參加毛克利營隊活動在新北市之學童家長,採用問卷調查方式,調查期間發放問卷391份,回收有效問卷337份,使用SPSS 20.0軟體進行變異數分析,研究結論為:一、學童家長性別、學童家長職業、學童營隊活動參加次數與活動滿意度有顯著差異。二、家長考量兒童營隊活動的評選要素有:課程內容、課後改變、接送方便、人員素質、舉辦時間、主辦單位、活動定價、提供活動照片、師生比率、同學素質、行前客服 (活動諮詢) 、個人喜好。三、研究結果能做為營隊活動主辦單位未來規劃營隊新活動的參考依據。
Primary school children always look forward to the arrival of summer/winter vacation, parents choose activities for children have become common phenomenons before the holidays, and parents often caused confused. This study is based on children's camp activities questionnaires, to analyze the differences from parents’ socio-economic backgrounds in selection children’s camp activities, also providing references for parents to select children’s camp activities in the next time. Objects of study are the parents whose children in the 2015 Mowgli winter camp activities in New Taipei City, the use of stratified random sampling methods to extract the number of samples during the survey of 391 questionnaires, 337 copies are expected to recycle questionnaire to collect information through the use of SPSS 20.0 software analysis, variance analysis, research conclusions are: 1.Camp satisfactions have significant differences between parents’ gender, occupation, the Mowgli camp experience. 2.Parents consider the selection of elements of camp activities include: curriculum, after-school change, pick convenience, quality of personnel, hold time, organizers, event pricing, providing photographs, teacher-student ratio, student quality, customer service (activities advisory), a personal preference. 3.The results can provide the references for camp organizer planning new activities in the future.
