Abstract
本研究旨在分析現行高中家政教科書的內容是否呈現性別刻板印象、性別偏差失衡、性別隱藏不見、性別語言偏見等性別偏見,主要檢視教科書的內文與圖片。主要採量主質輔的內容分析法,期使能達成以下研究目的:一、檢視高中家政科教科書呈現性別偏見之內容、次數與幅度。二、提供未來出版業者及編者修訂高中家政教科書之建議。研究發現,整體而言,高中家政教科書以「性別刻板印象」情形最為嚴重;「性別偏差失衡」次之,其中又以「出現數量失衡」之性別偏見情形較為嚴重;其餘在「性別隱藏不見」與「性別語言偏見」方面均無任何性別偏見情形。
The purpose of this tudy wa to analyze the content of new high chool home economics textbooks to determine whether they contain sex bia that include Gender tereotype. The sex deviation is out of balance. The sex conceals to di appear and sex language prejudice. The study focused on the contents and graphics in the textbooks. Content analysis were used as the primary methods, and the content analysis method of this research was mainly based on qualitative analysis as well as on quantitative analysis.The research was designed to accomplish the following purposes: 1. Examine the content, Number of time and Range of sex prejudice for the Home economics textbook in the senior high school. 2. I sued further practical suggestions for reference of editor and publisher. The main findings of this study are: the textbook's gender stereotype is the most serious. The textbook's gender imbalance i in second place. The amount of appearing is the most erious among them. There i all no sex prejudices in "sex disappear" and" ex language prejudice".
