Abstract

本研究以訪談法及文獻分析法為研究方法,針對四業餘合唱團:合作金庫銀行合唱團、同心合唱團、行道會喜樂合唱團、以及師大EMBA合唱團之十五位團員進行訪談,得出以下研究成果:本研究以訪談法及文獻分析法為研究方法,針對個人所任職指揮之業餘合唱團:合作金庫銀行合唱團、同心合唱團、行道會喜樂合唱團、以及師大EMBA合唱團之十五位團員進行訪談,透過本研究所欲達到的目的有三項。 (一)明白參與業餘合唱團的動機。 (二)清楚參與業餘合唱團的因子。 (三)歸納對業餘合唱團參與的阻礙因子。 得出以下研究成果: 一、參與動機: (一)生理動機:喜愛音樂、促進健康、心情愉快。 (二)文化因子:團員互動、學習歌唱技巧、學習音樂知識。 (三)人際因子:維持老朋友的互動、增進朋友間的友誼、認識新朋友。 (四)地位與聲望:受人賞識、獲得好名聲、其他因素。 二、促進參與因子: (一)個人因子:喜愛合唱活動、其他因素 (二)環境因子:練唱地點交通便利、合唱練習場地品質佳、老師教學品質優。 三、阻礙參與因子: (一)個人因子:身體健康情況差、自我學習力弱、其他因素。 (二)環境因子:練唱地點交通不便、收費偏高、其他因素。
The present study was conducted by employing personal interviews and literature analysis methods. Personal Interviews were conducted with 15 members from various amateur choruses, in which the author assumed the role of a conductor. These choruses were Taiwan Cooperative Bank Chorus, Tongxin Chorus, Covenant Church Chorus, and National Taiwan Normal University Executive Master of Business Administration Program Chorus. The three purposes of the study are listed as follows: (1) To Investigate the members’ motivation for participating in an amateur chorus; (2) To Examine the factors facilitating the members to participate in an amateur chorus; and (3) To investigate the barrier factors for participating in an amateur chorus. The results are organized as follows. The motivations were classified into physiological factors (e.g., love for music, health promotion, emotional happiness), cultural factors (e.g., interaction between members, learning of singing skills, and knowledge of music), interpersonal factors (e.g., maintain interaction with old friends, improvement of friendship, making new friends), and social status and reputation (e.g., receiving appreciation from others and obtaining good reputation). The facilitating factors were classified into individual factors (e.g., love of chorus activities) and environmental factors (e.g., convenient transportation to the practice place, high quality of the practice place, and excellent teacher quality). The barrier factors were also classified into individual factors (e.g., unfavorable physical conditions and inadequate self-learning capacity) and environmental factors (e.g., inconvenient transportation to the practice place and overly high fees and charges to participate in the chorus).
