Abstract

本研究旨在探討科技大學教師赴公民營機構研習服務之執行現況與成效,並瞭解不同背景變項之科技大學教師知覺執行現況與成效的差異情形,及探討兩者之間的關係。最後,綜合研究結果提出建議,供教育主管機關及相關教育人員參考。 為達成研究目的,本研究採取問卷調查法,以科技大學教師為研究對象,編製「科技大學教師赴公民營機構研習服務現況與成效調查問卷」為研究工具,共發放45所學校,回收有效問卷為249份。調查所得資料,以百分比次數分配、平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關的統計方法,進行資料分析。根據研究結果,獲得以下結論: 壹、科技大學教師對於赴公民營機構研習服務執行現況與成效的知覺情形尚佳,但仍有改善空間。 貳、男性、專任、具業界經驗及參與次數多的科技大學教師,對赴公民營機構研習服務政策執行現況的知覺情形較佳。 參、男性、專任、教學年資5年以上未滿10年的科技大學教師,對赴公民營機構研習服務政策執行成效的知覺情形較佳。 肆、教師赴公民營機構研習服務政策執行現況與成效具有顯著正相關。
This study aims to explore the technical and vocational college faculties’ participation in trainings and services in the governmental and private organizations, to analyze the relevant factors of the implementation status and effectiveness and the relation between the two factors, and to compare the differences between the two factors perceived by faculties with different environmental variables. Besides, the conclusions of this study provide some recommendations to educational administrations, universities of technology, and future researchers. In order to meet the goals of this study, the questionnaire survey method had been employed. The subject of this study is the technical and vocational college faculties in Taiwan, and a questionnaire about “the implementation status and effectiveness of the trainings and services in the governmental and private organizations” has been used as a research tool. 249 effective questionnaires from 45 universities had been collected. Furthermore, the statistical methods have been used for analyzing the collected data, including Percentage of frequency distribution, mean, standard deviation, t test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation. According to the findings in analyses, the conclusions have shown as follows: 1. The implementation status and effectiveness of faculties' participation in the trainings and services in the governmental and private organizations is above the average, but there is still room for improvement. 2. In the implementation status of the policy, the perception of full-time male-faculties , who have working experience in industry and participated often, was above the average. 3. In the effectiveness of the policy implementation, the perception of full-time male faculties, who have more than 5 to 10 years of teaching experience, was above the average. 4. There was a significant positive correlation between the implementation status and effectiveness of the policy.
