桃園縣國民中學資源班教師工作壓力與因應策略之研究

Abstract
本研究旨在瞭解桃園縣國民中學資源班教師對於工作壓力與因應策略之現況,分析國中資源班教師在工作壓力及因應策略上的差異情形,並進一步探討不同背景國中資源班教師對於1.高工作壓力、普通因應策略,2.高工作壓力、高因應策略,3.低工作壓力、高因應策略,三種不同集群的關係。
本研究採問卷調查法,以自編之「桃園縣國民中學資源班教師工作壓力與因應策略之研究」為研究工具進行普查,研究對象為桃園縣國中 158 名正式資源班教師。施測所得資料以描述性統計、效果值檢定、群集分析及卡方檢定分析進行統計分析。
研究結果歸納如下:
一、國中資源班教師之工作壓力屬於中等程度。
二、國中資源班教師之因應策略的運用頻率屬於經常使用。
三、國中資源班教師因不同年齡、教育程度、與職務,在工作壓
力上有顯著差異。
四、國中資源班教師因不同年齡、任教年資、教育程度、特教背景、職務、學校規模
與學校地區,在因應策略使用上有顯著差異。
五、國中資源班教師因不同集群組型在性別、婚姻狀況與教育程度達顯著差異。
最後,根據上述之研究結果,提出相關建議提供實務工作者、教育單位及後續研究之參考。
The purpose of this study are to realize the job stress and coping of resource room teachers of junior high schools in Taoyuan County, to analyze the job stress and coping of different background variables of resource room teachers, and to investigate the different levels of job stress and coping of resource room teachers. The research method employed in this study was survey method and the research tool is made by the researcher,” The Job Stress and CopingofResource Room Teachers of Junior High Schools.” The subjects included 158 resource room teachers from junior high schools in Taoyuan County. Various statistics methods, including: mean, standard deviation, effects size, Chi-square analysis were employed to analyze the differences among the samples’ background variables. The major findings of this study are as follows: 1. The level of the job stress perceived by the resource room teachers in junior high schools indicates middle degree. 2. The extent of adopting strategies by the resource room teachers in junior high schools lied between occasionally and frequently. 3. The job stress perceived by resource room teachers in junior high schools indicates significant difference with variables: ages, level of education, description of the job. 4. The frequency of the coping of the job stress adopted by resource room teachers in elementary schools indicates no significant differences with variables: sex, marriage status, level of education. 5. Different models in different background variables of sex, marital status, and level of education percentage distribution revealed bsignificant difference. Finally, related suggestions for further studies were provided for educational authorities, schools and general affairs directors.
