臺灣女子拳擊發展歷程分析

Abstract

本研究目的欲了解臺灣女子拳擊的發展過程，並且分析影響臺灣女子拳擊發展歷程中的重要因素。本研究主要藉由文件分析以及半結構式深度訪談女子拳擊退役選手、現職教練以及退休教練共五名。研究結果顯示影響臺灣女子拳擊發展的社會環境要素有政治、經濟、教育、文化以及媒體，其中又以政治中的補助制度、教育中的學校體制以及文化中的社會觀念影響較為重大。目前臺灣女子拳擊選手因為社會環境改變，以及較好的培訓環境，使其在國際比賽中獲取優異的成績，不過接下來如何維持永續發展、不要出現斷層將是一大挑戰。

The purpose of this research is to understand the development process of Taiwan women's boxing and analyze the important factors affecting the development process of Taiwan women's boxing. This research is mainly based on document analysis and semi-structured in-depth interviews with five female boxing retired players, current coaches and retired coaches. The research results show that the social environment factors that affect the development of women's boxing in Taiwan include politics, economy, education, culture, and media, among which the subsidy system in politics, the school system in education, and social concepts in culture are more important. At present, due to changes in the social environment and a better training environment, Taiwanese female boxers have achieved excellent results in international competitions. However, how to maintain sustainable development and prevent faults will be a big challenge.
